Change is inevitable, but I am fueled by helping large media companies navigate it and use it to fuel growth. I currently serve as a leader in Deloitte’s Media Solutions practice and as the New York Office Managing Principal for Consulting. I believe in the power of Urgent Optimism - the idea that we have the power to make good things happen through our actions.In addition to helping clients adapt and grow in a dynamic market, I am equally passionate about helping the next generation of female leaders with professional development and networking, and spent nearly ten years advising emerging leaders through Deloitte's Rising Leaders Collective. I have my MBA from NYU Stern School of Business with a focus in Operations and Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland in Marketing and Supply Chain Management (Go Terps!). Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children searching for the perfect ice cream cone in NYC and enjoying the slopes of the Green Mountains of Vermont.
