Currently working in Juffali Industrial Product Company (JIPCO) as an Accountant, previously worked in Arabian Metal Industries (AMI) & National Automobile Industries (NAI) a joint venture with Mercedes Benz within the same group having 20 + years’ experience and Reporting to CFO/FC.Current JOB Description: (JIPCO)❖ Commercial Vehicle Sales (Trucks, Busses & Vans)❖ Cost calculations of units / Cost Amendments accounts reports❖ Super structures (Truck Bodies) Reports❖ Accrued Cost of sales Accounts Reconciliation Vs Sales deals.❖ Calculations & approvals, Salesmen incentive for payments after verifying related sales.❖ CBU’s Units From the start of the order until sold to customers.❖ Importation Cost for CBU’s (Overseas readymade Vehicles)❖ Differed incomes/Interest charges accounts i.e. Installment accounts❖ Stock checking, physical vs. finance i.e. all branches of KSA.❖ Receivable accounts Validations.❖ All Special projects given by the CFO/Management.❖ Customers’ accounts receivable reconciliations.Supervising Workshop & Spares Parts Department❖ Cash and sales accounts daily activities Validations & approvals.❖ Service commissions claims handling (After sales workshops related)Previous work Experience (AMI) & (NAI).❖ Costing down the super structures of several types of truck bodies.❖ Costing monthly stock report of major items and galvanized steel etc.❖ Carried out reconciliation of supplier’s.❖ Analysis of expenses, by cost center in the industry.❖ Arranged & listed assets of the industry form 1977 till running.❖ Monthly depreciation of the fixed assets.❖ Bank reconciliation.❖ Corporate office reconciliation.❖ Affiliated parties’ transaction’s & analysis.❖ Preparation of the average exchange rates of various currencies.
