Coach senior managers and executives on cutting-edge team leadership, change management, and Agile techniques. • Team Coaching: I facilitate the development of employee and management teams, helping them improve and accelerate performance while building the resilience needed to thrive in VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environments. I also specialize in developing leadership capacities for managing dispersed/remote workforces.• Executive Coaching: I have proven strengths in working with senior leaders and executive project sponsors, rapidly building trust and rapport, and providing feedback that crystallizes their leadership philosophy, addresses blind spots, enhances personal development, and helps them view and lead organizations as a “whole” system.• Data-Driven Thinking: I excel at translating high-level strategic business goals into tactical action plans, establishing clear metrics-driven KPIs and objectives, implementing operational measurement systems, and teaching leaders how to effectively use data in making critical strategic decisions.• Additional Skills/Competencies: I bring expertise in change management, organizational development, process improvement, meeting facilitation, staffing/onboarding, and knowledge transfer, along with extensive knowledge of current coaching frameworks and organizational/individual/team assessment tools.
