This was a national initiative to ensure that our solutions and operational delivery complied with the installations standards and governance from ICASA. Following these guidelines a compulsory checklist was designed for each project team to adhere to. - On completion of these projects the document was audited to ensure QA was of the highest standards. Only after this sign off, project close out commenced.
