Successfully engineered a UI Builder - A No-Code UI builder for the SaaS Platform using Flutter and Java, empoweringcustomers to design their own User Interfaces (or import from Figma, Adobe XD) and map the APIs to the UI elements,which reduced the textbfapplication development time from 2 months to less than 1 week.• Spearheaded the project, from initiation through development, maintenance, enhancements, and adoption, enablingSaaS teams to create UX oriented applications, boosting customer engagement and internal adoption by over 10times - making it the go-to product for creating B2C applications.• Directed a team of 40 developers to deliver the product within 4 months, and subsequently led enhancements andmaintenance, resulting in the rapid deployment of 10+ production-ready android, ios, windows and mac applications.• Coordinated requirements and deliveries across multiple teams to design user experience, integrate systems, anddevelop APIs and back-end models, employing cross-functional collaboration strategies.• Developed low-level design (LLD) for applications, maintained design and runtime repositories, designed andimplemented features, conducted performance testing, and performed code reviews, enhancing quality.• Utilized technologies such as Flutter, Dart, Java, REST APIs, JSON, BLoC, Mongo DB, Docker and kubernetes to streamlineapplication development and improve system integration and performance with performance testing.• Created a POC of Node Based Process Flow Editor to address usability issues in the solution development editor byinitiating the development of a node-based editor for the SaaS No Code Constructs, reducing user Solution Developmentand Debugging time by 80% by giving node based flow diagram of the process.
