With almost 20 years in training and enablement, she’s had a wide variety of opportunities to generate impact and bring business value to the teams she has supported.She is passionate about improving individual and team performance whether soft skill or sales skill focused. Core to her process is the use of consultative strategies to build partnerships with stakeholders, leadership and supporting functions in order to find innovative and sustainable ways to transform and create change. She is currently the Director of AMER Sales Acceleration at Veeam Software and lives in Wilmington, NC.The Veeam Sales Acceleration organization is a departure from traditional views on Sales Enablement. Rooted in performance consulting practices, the team is relentlessly focused on the resources, strategies and initiatives to help Sellers be more confident, productive and successful in their roles. The AMER Sales Acceleration team supports the Americas Geography (Canada, US, and LATAM countries) to help bring value to the business and drive success/impact across all teams. This is done by working directly with Sellers and support functions, consulting with First Line Managers and developing/executing strategy with Sales Leadership.
