Delivered a small footprint disambiguating keyboard (exploiting horizontal/vertical miss-key rate) and 26-9 keyboard (exploiting potential skill transfer from 9 key feature phone layouts). Research Collaboration: Established and undertook research collaboration with Newcastle University to investigate and evaluate modeless inking approach and novel keyboard layouts. The collaboration spawned studies in both the UK and China (investigating textual input by migrant workers, a significant but previously unaddressed user group). Product Development/Sales/Marketing: Attended and contributed to detailed product UI design meetings, performed product usability reviews and evaluations, reviewed and authored English product/company sales and marketing literature, prepared and presented public product/company presentations and demonstrations at trade events and conferences, assisted with foreign customer relations and attended client hospitality events.
