As a Data Engineer, I played a pivotal role in the data management and processing pipeline of the organization. My primary responsibility revolved around the efficient and systematic collection, integration, cleaning, and organization of raw data from multiple disparate sources. This included but was not limited to databases, APIs, data streams, and various data storage systems.

I have had a distinguished experience in the field of sales and customer care services. I gained this experience during my tenure at the Palestinian Telecommunications Company-PALTEL, where I specialized in retail sales management. In this role, I performed various tasks in the customer care department, showroom, and sales department. I also formed and managed teams of sales representatives to achieve high sales targets.PALTEL primarily focused on providing internet provision services of various speeds, along with terrestrial telephony services. Throughout my work period, I achieved great success and received recognition for my achievements, including winning multiple financial rewards.

My responsibilities focused on entering and analyzing data from pre- and post-questionnaires to measure the impact of psychological health programs on students' academic achievement. I also assessed the percentage of the impact these programs have on students. Additionally, I presented the results in clear and visually appealing visualizations to help the administration make informed decisions.
