Award-winning expert in the areas of enterprise IT auditing, modeling, transformation planning, cloudification, consolidation, reliability and security assessments, energy usage optimization, and storage architectures. I led or participated in dozens of enterprise IT transformation engagements worldwide for large banks, insurance, telecommunication, retailer, manufacturing, medical, and energy companies, governments, and universities.Active leader in Computer Science research community: was chairing IEEE Computer Society Technical Committee on Operating Systems and Application Environments, chaired Professional Interests Community on Storage at IBM T.J.Watson Research Center, member of Steering Committee of iCatse, teaching DevOps and other IT transformation technologies at Columbia University and NYU.Several of my research publications won best paper awards including Eurosys'08 - top European systems research conference. I published papers in the top venues such as OSDI, FAST, and Eurosys.
