DescriptionResponsible for identifying leads and opportunities to develop or acquire new facilities and new network relationships in the greater Philadelphia market.Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years previous experience in sales, healthcare or relevant industry/functions required, or successful completion of ValueHealth's Business Development ProgramBachelor's degree in related field requiredThorough knowledge of MS Office requiredMust have excellent attention to detail, follow through and communications skills with all levels within the organization with the ability to articulate sound financial analysis and cost justificationsExcellent communication and presentation skills requiredAbility to make presentations to physicians and cultivate ongoing relationshipsSelf motivated with the ability to work in an unstructured environmentAdditional Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare sales strongly preferredEssential Functions Responsibilities include working with a group of physicians to secure a contract for development and management of a new ambulatory surgery center/hospital or acquisition and management contract of an existing center/hospital.Responsibilities include syndicating new facilities or joining existing facilities.Identify opportunities to develop or acquire new facilities through lead generation opportunities generated from corporateDevelop strong working relationships with ValueHealth teammates and staff, physicians and hospital executives to ensure relationship developmentManage all aspects of deal flow from lead generation, relationship building, negotiations, data collection, decision making, document preparation and deal flow to closingWork with Business Development team to ensure entity meets pro-forma through year one (1) actual performance.Collect data needed for due diligence and pro forma preparationCoordinate, hold and lead physician recruiting efforts and key stakeholder meetingsMaintain CRM
