I’m a busy person by choice. Working is a means of salvation and purpose for me, as I’m always striving to try and make a difference in the community around me. I believe in becoming involved with where your passions lie and to try and facilitate growth. I’m not afraid to speak my mind and call it like I see it. My interests lie all over as I am always pursuing knowledge and experience. I like to work hard and play hard.I am accepting of others and will make an effort to include those who I may feel are being left out. Often times I enjoy the company of others and am apt to draw others in to conversation. I exercise an open approach to all individuals and know that there is something good in each person I meet.I seek consensus and agreement while deferring conflict. It’s important to stand back and listen to the views and concerns of others before emphasizing your own. However, being straightforward and realistic sometimes is necessary in attaining progress.I openly embrace and enjoy the challenge of meeting others and winning them over. There is a certain level of satisfaction that comes from breaking the ice and making a real connection with another person. Being forthright with people can cause them to be open about themselves and comfortable in social surroundings.I am adept at discovering, acknowledging, and dealing with problems, both internally and externally. I occasionally like to work independently to improve on my shortcomings and often ask myself, “What can I do better and how can I make it so?” I pride myself in the core values that I have. Through these values I seek a defined purpose in life. I am determined to contribute to the well-being of my family and the individuals in which I interact with. Sometimes purpose and value is more important than monetary or material rewards. I am motivated to impart progressive change and to make the world a better place.
