I'm passionate about ensuring people have a safe and open experience on the internet. My career has been dedicated to trust and safety, with roles at Google, Stripe, Airbnb, Twitter, and Facebook. At Google, I led Play Store content operations, AI enforcement strategy and policy, and new policy enablement. At Stripe, I managed global trust and safety.During my time at Airbnb, I was Head Of Trust and Safety Quality Insights and Analytics, where I managed and led the team for quality insights for Trust and Safety. At Twitter, I managed the User Safety Policy Team in the Trust and Safety Department, and at Facebook, I held various roles including Associate Manager of the Policy Management Team.I've also worked extensively with the U.S. Department of State as a Fulbright Scholar. My education includes a B.A. in Government and German Studies from Connecticut College, and studies in Germanistik and Politikwissenschaft at Heidelberg University. I also completed an Executive MBA from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business.
