Directs an office that collects, analyzes, stores, interprets and reports all institutional related data. We produce hundreds of ad hoc reports and surveys each year for university constituents, state and federal reporting and the general public. The Office of Institutional Research handles the majority of quantitative analyses that take place for major institution specific quantitative projects along with the creation and maintenance of all university dashboards.

Helped assist the Vice President for Enrollment Management with regards to running enrollment predictions, tracking student success outcomes (retention and graduation rates), building student success models for probabilities to persist. Helped oversee and manage all the student service departments that reported to the Vice President, which included Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Admissions, International Admissions, Academic Advising, Multicultural Services and Web Communications. Extended experience traveling abroad, working with international agents and recruiting international students.

- Assist in the development of the strategic marketing plan for Housing Operations, including social media mediums.- Assist in the supervision of all custodial, grounds, maintenance, and HVAC employees who are responsible for projects in our residential facilities.- Collaborate with multiple departments and coordinate educational activities for domestic and international residential students.- Administer the Persona card access software. Manage and assess access privileges for our campus facilities staff, housing/residential life professional staff, and the entire residential population.- Assist in the development and oversight of budgets relating to new or renovated residence halls while collaborating with outside contractors and campus facilities in any capital housing project.- Manage all camps along with domestic and international guests that reside in the residential halls during the spring / summer semester.- Coordinate all cleaning, repair, and maintenance initiatives outlined in collaboration with campus facilities. - Generate all billing reports and revenue statements for the housing budget from external clients, students, and co-ops during the spring / summer semester.- Work with Residential Life in the placement of all 2,800 students on campus.- Help and assist with running residential student data queries via Informer Web Reporting and Datatel.
