Direct, manage and lead the function of HR for the Global Transportation and Supply Chain Network for the United States and Canada, over 1900 non-exempt and 200 exempt employees ensuring continuous improvement through pro-active leadership and development. Responsible for oversight of business and employee solutions, enabling and supporting the Human Resources vision and strategy by providing mentorship and support in areas of employee and labor relations, employment regulations and compliance, performance improvement, and the execution of the strategic business unit priorities in partnership with Human Resources Business Partners and operations leadership. Creates, drives, and executes strategic workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational structure input to achieve business function targets and milestones, integrating partners in the talent acquisition process from recruitment through onboarding while building strength through diversity and inclusion.
