Guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the company.Originate and lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.Coordinate implementation of services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff; report to the CEO and serve on the management team; and assist and advise company managers about Human Resources issues.

Identifying, developing and maintaining sales objectives, sales plans, and programs. Maintaining high visibility in the surrounding community and in the hospitality community as appropriate. Maintaining efficient sales office procedures and insuring the maintenance of accurate and updated account files and follow-up procedures. Directing sales leads to sales reps, providing motivation, support, encouragement, and direction to all members of the sales department. Maintaining all sales systems. Designing new programs and sales campaigns.Ensuring prompt and systematic servicing of all business accounts.Identifying and analyzing competition. Planning, implementing and suprvising the development and production of publications, brochures, and news releases to define the corporate identity to the employees, the customers, and the broader community and organize and carry out events to promote employee morale and community goodwill.
