Two-year rotational program throughout various areas of technology.1st Rotation: eCommerce Technology - Security & Development •Security tool development – Developed and worked with the tools that the eCommerce team used for code analysis, security training and code reviews. •Using Microsoft’s code analysis tool, FxCop, I Identified, tested, and enabled 11 standard FxCop rules to run against wamu.com source code. •In excess of the standard FxCop rules, I developed and owned 5 custom FxCop rules in C# at the intermediate language level. Each rule was designed to satisfy existing business rules that the standard FxCop rules did not address. •Presented each standard and custom FxCop rule to the weekly developer’s clearinghouse meeting to describe the rule and explained why the rule was being enabled. •Exposure to a large, successful eCommerce platform, system development life cycle, agile development methodologies, paired programming and scrum meetings.

Enterprise Data Management – Business Intelligence Team •Helped support an enterprise-wide reporting infrastructure that served internal employees for reporting and analytics. •Interviewed users to gather requirements in order for their data to be integrated into the reporting infrastructure. •Documented various user guides in MS Word and published them on SharePoint sites. •Documented business processes through data flow diagramming using MS Visio. •Developed small database applications for the Business Intelligence team to use on a daily basis using ADO.NET, VB.NET, VBScript and ASP.NET. •Exposure to business intelligence tools such as database schemas and dashboards (all within the Business Objects XI product). •Executive presentation at the end of my internship to the CIO and her directs recapping my accomplishments and challenges. •Upon completion I was offered a full time position in the Technology Leadership Program.
