I am a dynamic and enthusiastic individual that always seeks excellence in everything I do and always willing to learn to enhance my skills both on a professional & personal level. I hold a postgraduate BSc (Honours) Construction Management degree from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University (Formerly Known as University of Port Elizabeth-UPE) which I completed in December 2013. I am also currently studying towards obtaining my postgraduate masters MSc Project Management degree at the University of Cape Town (UCT). I am a skilled, capable & hard working individual.I currently work for Nedbank Corporate and Investment Banking as a Project Manager in the Property Development & Property Finance department. My role is to ensure that Contract Documentation, Viabilities & feasibilities and building projects are completed in accordance with Bank policy and procedure thereby protecting the interests of the bank and its clients. Prior to Nedbank I worked for a property development group called Rabie Property Group in Cape Town. It was my 2nd time working for them. My responsibilities included Project Managing some of their residential projects in Burgundy Estate and Century City. Prior to re-joining Rabie, I worked for Abland Property Developers as a Project Manager where I was involved in various Commercial & Industrial developments. My previous experience also includes working for Mace Group as Project Manager where I was involved with commercial developments in the V&A Waterfront, more specifically The Ridge project which will be the new CPT Head Office of Deloitte SA. Before joining the Rabie Property Group I worked for a Project Management firm called Integrated Solutions where I have been exposed to numerous construction projects in the hospitality, retail & student accommodation sectors, locally and internationally across Africa.
