Current● Advises nine-member team on project status; advises leadership on technical results and real-time project updates; maintains instrumentation calibration and laboratory space upkeep. ● Effectively manages up to 11 active projects at once including project deliverables such as timeframes, results, and personnel management. ● Spearheaded a multi-million-dollar assay development project as lead technical staff for a national security-based client in testing relevant variables, determining course of action tests, and running in-lab experiments while performing and presenting data analysis. ● Working on classified bio-threat and -defense projects contracted to MRIGlobal by DoD, Pentagon, and other national defense services.● Lead technical staff on five projects, inclusive of the training and mentoring of two new hire assistant scientists.● Perform simple and complex BSL-2 and -3 grade laboratory techniques to meet DoD and Pentagon program services and deliverables while optimizing project efficiency.● Wrote and assisted in writing and preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) according to project and client needs. ● Created a schedule and organized presentations for a bi-weekly scientific journal club exploring up-to-date research.
