Budget of USD $1m annually. • Responsible for the fulfillment of all healthcare and infrastructure initiatives. • Locked in a 6-year budget and preventative maintenance schedule for the Ministry of Health Support with key stakeholders. • Established Group Service & Support unit from scratch: hired and onboarded a help desk team/existing engineers, developed/enforced a framework including policies, processes and procedures to ensure full ITIL compliance.

Driving quality of delivery and improve sales pricing precision for Delivery function of the Region sub-Saharan Africa Consulting & Systems Integration Business Unit (RSSA CSI). A Group Function Finance (Business Finance & Company Control) Operations Optimisation and digital transformation project that entailed a restructure to a hub-branch office structure and roll out of SAP R/3 in 8 Branch Offices including Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Congo, D.R Congo, Madagascar, Gabon and Central African Republic. Overseeing teams of at least 10 people per branch office in ensuring full implementation of SAP for each country.Partnered with Group Function Finance and Group Function IT in acting as SAP and Business Process SME to establish new ways of working and improve on system usage.Key achievement was the installation of the Republic of Congo SAP system, that required a fresh setup of the unique Chart of Accounts model and Sales Tax, which required a lot of system architecture definition which I took up and accomplished successfully.

Supporting the Project Management Office team in defining, setting, and applying best practice project management methodology and processes, systems, tools and templates through:• Conducting System Data Analysis that aided in delivery improvement, competence planning and conducted necessary training from data insights. • Internal Controls audit in fulfilment of SoX and ISO requirements, ensured project audit readiness, quality checks and SAP R3 Project Systems Controller, Hub East.• Project Environmental Maturity Assessment (PEMA) Assessor for PMO sub-Saharan Africa, an improvement program that allowed for standardized sale and delivery of the Ericsson Project Management Service based on PROPS, the Ericsson Project Management Methodology.• Driving PMO standards compliance through Improvement Projects, Learning and Education (Course preparation and delivery) - PROPS methodology Project Management Trainer, a role that I provided during my full stay at Ericsson.

- Monitoring of various project subcontractor payments to ensure adherence to proper company work requisition and payment procedures.- Planned Microwave Links installation project for Telkom Kenya Limited Rural project, which was to include 5 subcontractor teams installing 120 links nationwide.- Subcontractor contract negotiation finalization for scope of works and responsibility matrix for Telkom Kenya transmission project.

• ERP (Oracle) responsible for Sub-Saharan Africa region for service parts sales, supply and inventory operations which included SO release for the region and local PO creation for inter-company orders and follow up on work done to meet SLA agreements.• Organized the Kenya warehouse operations to proper standards thereby receiving the Huawei Spare Parts Management Global Award in the 3rd quarter of 2005 - an award presented to two people in the whole organization, worldwide, at a time.• Creation of a CRMS report compilation guide for use by Customer Service Centres in the Sub-Saharan Africa Region; done in April 2005.
