Lead Business Analyst | Software Development Project Manager
Current- Collaborating with product & program managers, anti-malware experts, legal divisions, architects, developers and quality assurance specialists on product scope, requirements, solutions, constraints and risks.- Eliciting, analysing, specifying, and validating the business needs. - Managing and prioritising the product backlog. - Producing project business analysis documents: business requirements, user stories, use cases, wireframes, system functional and non-functional requirements, and change requests.- Managing, clarifying and updating functional and nonfunctional requirements throughout the project lifecycle. - Supporting C-level management in decision making, addressing questions, preparing reports, analysing trends. - Monitoring, tracking and communicating progress, risks and issues to stakeholders.- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration (PMs, anti-malware experts, architects, developers and QAs) to boost the project performance and anticipating project bottlenecks.- Managing and coaching the team of 3-5 business analysts. Setting goals, supporting professional development and assessing performance, applying Agile principles. - Governing continuous improvement of business analysis approach on the project, including process flow, documents structure, tools and knowledge transfer.- Coordinating Quality Assurance team guiding and validating test cases and test results for the products’ intended functionality and performance.- Accountable for the delivery cycle including meeting deadlines, budgets and business standards and implementation. - Clarifying and addressing issues and questions in collaboration with product, UX, subject matter experts and technology teams; validating the eventual implementation.
