1. Design and instruct intern career development curriculum, activities, team building activities, and develop course content, schedules, and syllabi items as appropriate for the high school and college intern programs.2. • Instructing intern career development curriculum, activities, team building activities, and develop course content, schedules, and syllabi items as appropriate for the high school internship program.• Assisting Community Education Associate for the College Preparatory Enrichment Program in management and execution of annual events, data collection, and reports• Conduct weekly mentor training sessions• Report issues related to mentor and camper wellness to the Director/Summer Camp Coordinator• Ensure completion of all relevant medical forms related to camper, staff, and/or mentor injury or illness• Contribute to evaluations (in attendance with Summer Camp Coordinator and SAME Director) and provide written feedback for overall camp strategy and execution strengths and weaknesses

• Completed the required number of AmeriCorps hours• Completed all member citizenship training and related community service projects• Responsible for direct personal care and therapeutic recreation activities for individuals with disabilities (autism, down syndrome, bipolar, etc.)• Familiarized with the needs of the camper(s) in care.
