My name is Nia Bowers, I am a writer/editor/content creator who graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and a concentration in writing from Spelman College. I am continuing to work toward my goal of becoming an accomplished, full-time writer with the ability to stand out. After the completion of courses in both writing and history, I aim to tell my story through work that I release into the world. While researching the need for writing in both curatorial/archival and technical studies, two fields from which I continue to gather experience, I am hoping to gain the authority to create opportunities for historically marginalized people to develop their self-esteem and cultivate resources for survival and self-sufficiency.I have experience producing articles across a variety of topics with a bit of a natural bent for everything categorized under "the arts," but that will not deter me from producing pieces in industries that focus on tech, crypto, automotive, business management, marketing, and more. My previous work experience allows me to follow instructions accurately and conduct research thoroughly regardless of the subject. I am extremely open to writing about virtually anything, but I do find topics such as music, art, history, social media, and lifestyle come naturally to me. My niche is a bit complicated to describe simply because I enjoy doing work that requires research. I love having the opportunity to read and take notes as an integral part of my production process.
