As the Program Head for Elementary Education at the National Teachers College, I oversee and monitor the academic performance and development of students and teachers in the Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, and Special Needs Education courses. I have more than 17 years of teaching experience and 9 years of academic leadership experience in various educational institutions and levels.My mission is to foster a learner-centered and inclusive environment that promotes quality education and lifelong learning. I am an expert in Filipino language and literature teaching, curriculum development, special education, and remote team management. I also have skills in writing case studies, leading and motivating people with different personalities, and poetry writing. I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Education degree in Educational Leadership at the National Teachers College, where I also teach as a faculty member in the College and Graduate School.
