Coordinate the implementation of Ordinary Cash Transfer (OCT) program which is part of the government’s plan for Social Protection through well targeted non-contributory, unrestricted and unconditional cash transfer with accompanying measures to support and increase productivity of households living in chronic poverty.Achievements• Coordinated the targeting and registration of 6 000 beneficiary households.• Improved their living conditions through the creation of Income Generating Activities (IGA)• Improve social cohesion.• Promotes adherence to Essential Family Practice (EFP).• Reduction in number of survivors as beneficiary households constantly sensitized on Gender Based Violent (GBV).Implementation of Emergency Cash Transfer Program where 13 000 beneficiary households who are mostly Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) as a result of the ongoing socio-economic crises ravaging the Northwest and Southwest regions of Cameroon in the period of 2020 – 2022.Achievements• Resilience – beneficiaries have been able to resist shock as they meet up with their basic needs with their dignity intact.Social cohesion.Implementation of Cash for Work Program where 4 500 beneficiaries were financially empowered by a conditional and unrestricted cash transfer through 36 community based micro project in Buea, Tiko and Limbe 2 councils.Achievements• All 36 micro projects successfully completed• Maximum adherence to social and environmental safety measures.• A double buttom line achieved – that is financially empowered beneficiaries and community development.
