I am a second year Mechanical Engineering student at Michigan Technological University with 2 summers of experience as an intern in industry, at UP Fabricating Co., Inc.. During my internship at U.P. Fabricating, I had the opportunity to work closely with engineers to design and manage a variety of projects using 3D CAD software. My role involved preparing detailed shop drawings, overseeing projects from bid through fabrication, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. This intern experience has honed my technical skills in SolidWorks and Excel, while also developing my project management and customer service abilities.
