I joined Toly Products India Limited as Production Manager and was soon promoted as General Manager-Operations. My passion, integrity, diligent work ethic, enthusiasm, organizational skills, and overall instinctive political and government affairs knowledge, earned me the position. As a General Manager I validate operational mandate; plan and implement workable operational plan; and effectively contribute for ensuring higher degree of success of the organizational plan. As Production Manager I was responsible for day-to-day production within the company. I supervise, motivate, and support the staff daily, applying a team approach and maintaining open communication. I perform essential functions to ensure overall customer satisfaction and quality service, and establish and maintain effective communication with employees and clients. I functioned as a techno-commercial project coordinator of state of Injection moulding shop encompassing all moulding machines, equipped with centralized material conveying, drying, dehumidifying, blending system, chillers, MTC, Robotic arms, dedicated assembly shop for automated cosmetic packaging line & utilities.
