The Design department troubleshoots issues dealing with different home builder designs. Knowledge of different builder ACA profile standards is key. There is close work with Project Managers making sure that all deadlines are met in a timely fashion. Production drawing is the main focus of the Design department along with Custom home designs.Completion of finished sets of Construction Documents of highly complex custom homes from foundation to roof plan, including highly detailed building sections per builder.

Pre-Construction department works with Project Managers, Estimators and other Designers in conception to fabrication of interior Themed millwork, ceiling/wall details and mouldings on commercial projects (including but not limited to hotels and casinos). As well as exterior EIFS facade shop drawings, Hotel Paneling systems, Hospital BIM for Walls, King Studs and RCP location and design, Hospital RCP layout shop drawings and Headwalls.
