After receiving my Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Griffith University in 2021, and undertaking a number of legal-centric professional engagements at various firms and community legal centres concurrent to my tertiary studies, I became professionally engaged as a Legal Analyst at Ashurst, a high performing global law firm, which built my knowledge and expertise within the corporate, commercial and transactional space. Through the role, I developed a strong background in AFSL and credit licencing compliance, having been part of a pioneering team providing an end-to-end managed service solution developed in direct response to the ‘Banking Royal Commission’ of 2017 for a large global banking financial entity - one of Australia’s ‘Big Four’ banks.As part of the Legal Analyst team, I also played key roles on several complex projects, including a large-scale analytical and investigatory document review project contributing to the ‘Robodebt Royal Commission’ hearings, and have served clients and key stakeholders ranging from Government Agencies to large body corporates.Now venturing into the Financial Services and Investment Law space exclusively, and having settled as a solicitor as part of the King Irving team, I am passionate about driving effective solutions and continuing to deliver on quality legal services for all my clients in the financial arena.
