AA Educates CIC provides 100% subsidised educational programmes and resources to children from underserved backgrounds. We aim to bridge the gap between private and state school education for underserved students.As an executive director, my primary role is to review the business and determine our strengths, weaknesses, operational effectiveness, and opportunities. I make recommendations based on internal and external factors to minimise risks and formulate plans to achieve the organisation's long-term goals.Additionally, I vet and recruit the tutors required to deliver AA Educates programmes. I am responsible for enrolling all new tutors and setting works, timesheets, and invoice processing. I also deliver mentorship sessions to 200+ students between the ages of 11-16 covering: leadership skills, successful mindset (fixed vs growth), career mapping, confidence building, visualisation and action plans.

Naithan is a screenwriter/content creator and producer currently developing an ambitious and diverse slate of streaming content for film and television production. His work includes;The Parent club, The Black Market Therapist, Kat 'n' Mouse, The Fisherman, A Day In Your Shoes, No Way Out!, Dognus Mai - Who Am I? and Dognus Mai - I Am!

• Responsible for all business operations including operational cashflow, forecasts and budgeting, information and market flow/analysis/trends etc. • Development of new business and tendering processes.• First point of contact for all C-level appointments and key-client relationships. • Create all documentation required to present to prospect/existing clients at c-level• Recruit develop and train new consultants and consistently deliver new material and market research to aid the success of strong pipelines and sales• Review both business performance and individual performance – providing full analysis and summary reports, guiding and critiquing where necessary• Manage all internal staff (Consultants, Construction team, Administrator, P/A)• Maximising and growing revenue on an individual and team basis• Setting and driving revenue and key performance criteria• Identifying new markets, developing client relationships and managing client database• Manage all sub-contractor relationshipsAchievements:• Securing a contract with Croydon Council (Largest budget spend in London)• Preferred Supplier to Croydon Council after saving them 10% on annual budget spend• Personally, billed in excess of £200,000 in year 1, (target being £100k)• Ended year 1+2 in profit despite Covid-19 lockdowns
