- Responsible for customer service including reservations, responded to the unusual requests and maintain favorable relationship with clients.- Processed and record all forms of payment received for the services. Review and reconcile each transaction at the end of each day.- Responding to phone calls and emails.- Backup the journal to the electronic copy (Excel - Cloud).- Issue tax invoice to clients and storing the copy.
