• Monitor and Manage the Demand Forecast for certain customers. i.e. Mines • Manage 3rd party logistics accounts amangement and daily operations.• Manage Strategic accounts for Masana in terms of Stock Management.• Support the Supply & Logistics Strategy execution for Masana.• Scheduling & Planning of customer requiremsts to ensure we meet the OT / IF. • Support the delivery of margin optimisation and cost management improvements. • Improve Logistics efficiencies, in support of Masana’s customer charter. • Interface management with allocated internal and external stakeholders under Supply & Logistics Manager’s supervision.• Monitor and develop improvement initiatives to realise Logistics service performance improvements as per agreed KPIs. • Third party contract and relationship management within SLA. • Strategic thinking and prioritization of customers. • Monitor customer stocks levels for strategic accounts to ensure optimal levels at all times. • Implement contingency during crisis situations, in line with the agreed crisis management strategy. • Strategic accounts tracking of delivery, order status and manage the stock levels. • Resolving routine complains and problems, incl. logging for sustained improvements. • Liaise with BP for orders not delivered and agree intervention. • Fleet optimisation, incl. avoidance of demurrage costs.

To transform daily delivery and stock movement requirements into optimized demand planning and delivery plan thus including minimizing operational costs, improving customer service, improved vehicle utilisation and route selection and executable transportation and delivery schedule. Validate and plan the demand ensure that all orders to be scheduled for delivery are credit vetted and feasible taking into account ATG (Average Tank Levels), delivery deviations, infrastructure, stock availability, truck capacity and availability.KPI includes:• Receive credit vetted, valid orders from S&M and WM and check for order tolerance• Adherence to ZMF Schedule and sales forecast as per planning department• Understanding of linear programming.• Effective use of scheduling tool (Opsi Plato) and delivery of an optimal schedule daily.• Re-planning and rescheduling daily in response of market and supply changes.• Continuous tracking of schedule execution and handling deviations.• Implementing corrective controls to align optimum output of schedule.• Full fill orders on time and as expected as per customer expectation.• Liaison with Marketing, Depot personnel and 3rd party service providers (Transporters).• Ensure schedule adherence to safety, business rules and scheduling parameters.• Sustain good relationships for the continuous benefit of the business.• Monitor how expeditors execute the deliveries to ensure transport schedules are effectively executed and that problems are resolved first hand.• Challenge business rules and operating parameters by identifying optimization gaps in demand planning and scheduling

Assist with the project planning and control function to meet internal inventory levels and optimize scheduling of equipment and resources. Have direct responsibility of the data integrity and records of the SAP system and support financial department accordingly. Vehicle Management – To manage company fleet and drivers. Ensure that vehicles and tools are inspected at correct intervals and consistently. Inspection records are archived electronically and on hard copies. To train drivers on Rovi system. Monitor driver performance and compliance. Ensuring that all trucks are kept in a clean state at all times and that all vehicles including trucks are maintained and service as per requirement to keep good standards of the fleet at all times. Maintaining the forklift in a workable condition, conduct the necessary inspection and maintain records for audit purpose. Vehicles to be adequately equipped with requisite tools. To arrange permits for travel for abnormal loads when required. Resource Allocation - Allocate vehicles and equipment to projects only on an approved project plan. To ensure that all resources issued to projects are strictly utilized as per plan and all deviations to the plan are accounted for and authorized. Maintain records of resources sent out to site. Ensure that resources are never abandoned on site. To arrange certification, calibration, load testing, maintenance of all tools.Outsourcing of Resources - Sourcing resources required by works execution for all projects if not available internally but ensuring that they fall within the allowable budget. To develop and maintain supplier relationshipsAdministration - Communicating with drivers timeously on jobs that have been planned. Ensuring that paperwork is filed in SAP. Generate purchase orders and Good receipt all project and stock related PO’s on SAP. Adhere to safety and health standards with the operations. To manage the stores personnel.

To manage and maintain a healthy standard on the fleet through proper and regular maintenance. To handle and address customer queries regarding order and or deliveries. To order and purchase consumables for the warehouse and drivers equipment (e.g. safety boots, hard hat). To manage all outsourced equipment (e.g. Hired Forklifts). To manage supplier performance and define operational strategies. To plan and manage all stock takes. To help the Supply Chain Manager to design and implement new operating systems and procedures

: To ensure an effective and efficient flow of inbound and outbound logistics. To coordinate and facilitate loading to ensure early dispatch times. To liaise with maintenance on priorities and deadlines. To liaise with production and Quality Control lab on product availability.
