My role is to accelerate the product development process for the Discover org by identifying systemic barriers to progress and removing them, like overcomplicated processes, cross-function inefficiencies, and unnecessary technical complexity introduced through years of tech debt accumulation.

- Managed the office network, supported all business technology, and administered the website- Developed a custom web application used to monitor general member attendance at assembly meetings- Highcharts and DataTables showed interactive reports on specific design team attendance

- Pioneered IBM’s first iOS Traveler app that offers secure mail, calendar, and contacts for enterprises- Synced phone data in encrypted SQLite DB with server through SyncML and ActiveSync methods- Used Cocoa Touch framework in Objective-C to provide user with a seamless UI

- Re-wrote a homegrown labeling web application that organized data to be printed on part labels - Developed a REST API to asynchronously load data from a mapped JPA layer- Provided IT support to the control systems manufacturing plant for general labeling issues- Assisted in the data migration efforts in preparation for a site-wide ERP implementation

- Mentored 115 different residents and acted as a liaison between administration and the students- Primary role was to build an inclusive community on the hall that fostered a sense of belonging- Emphasis was placed on academic success while maintaining a healthy lifestyle

- Created an end-to-end consumer web application for demand response management system- Utilized EclipseLink JPA with Jersey to create RESTful services that were accessed through AJAX- Implemented Google Maps API to render KML polygons into clickable regions that filtered Jasper Reports

- Hired to import code into new CMS, but promoted to design and implement automatic scripts- Constructed PHP scripts to send & retrieve data from DLAP interface via XML- Built PDF reports from XML data and scheduled Unix cron jobs to email reports to parents
