I have worked in law firms with direct client contact since my third semester at the University of Copenhagen. Hands on and indepentent negotiation and litigation experience, including district court, appeal court, expropriation and other complaint boards. I am specialized in the legal matters which arise when you develop a city, a shopping center or an infrastructure project. Besides the classic disciplines like sales and purchase, association of apartment and landowners, local plans and commercial leasing law, I have conducted a huge number of registrations in the Land Register, including the difficult ones. Good network within the real estate business of Denmark.In addition to the work for the clients I write articles in legal and business magazines and do lectures about difficult legal matters regarding utility lines to non-lawyers with business or technial backgrounds.I have knowledge about German and Austria legal and business matters. I have studied in Cologne and Vienna. Extensive network within Danish-German and Danish-Austrian cross border matters and fluent in German. Of course I am used to work with international clients, where my advice is in English or German completely.
