As Head Coach, I oversee a dynamic team of coaches dedicated to supporting our young entrepreneurs. Together, we provide personalized guidance, mentorship, and encouragement to empower these visionaries as they embark on their entrepreneurial endeavors. It's a role that blends strategic direction with hands-on mentorship to foster the growth and development of the future leaders of Africa.

My responsibilities involve: Developing, designing and implementing the strategic plan for Kantara Solutions in the most time efficient and cost effective manner. As well as developing business plans for the long term future of the organisation and the day-to-day running of the company.

Responsible for directing the activities of a each of the departments within Kantara Solutions. Manage the other team members to ensure all business goals and objectives are reached.These include but not limited to:- Works with internal clients to understand their business models and goals to help define strategy, content and features for design of their websites and/or applications.- Develops detailed user interface documents, mock-ups, and prototypes in conjunction with the team designer to provide a greatly enhanced and usable series of applications.- Analyzes and documents user requirements and information related to the development of various web applications. Use this information to determine the best workflow and approach to a user experience within the application.- Identifies complex problems, troubleshoots and provides solutions to assist clients. Manages the design, development, and maintenance of general web architecture and web applications.

As a coach and mentor, I provided guidance to high-potential leaders within education organizations. I led and executed all aspects of the three-year ALforEducation fellowship program, which supported schools across three African countries. This included leading virtual cohort experiences, providing wellness and business coaching, arranging third-party training, and facilitating community engagement.In addition, I oversaw the final assessment stage of the application cycle, evaluating finalists and their ventures to determine their potential fit for the program. I also conducted baseline assessments for eight organizations in eight African countries, assessing their suitability for the program.To ensure that the program was on track, I collaborated with our monitoring and evaluation team to produce reports and dashboards that tracked the participants' learning and venture outcomes. I developed budgets and work plans for the participants and provided monthly variance commentaries to keep the program on target.

Transformational Business Network (TBN) is a global movement which catalyses purpose-driven entrepreneurs, helps build impactful businesses and unlocks investments in emerging and frontier markets to create jobs and bring prosperity. TBN does this in 3 ways: Transforming business culture, Accelerating purpose-driven entrepreneurs and Mobilising impact investment. In my role as Training and Coaching Manager I oversee the Scale for Success programme (https://www.tbnetwork.org/entrepreneur-programme), an accelerator that prepares an entrepreneur to scale their business.

A new position was created in order to bring my entrepreneur, self-starter skills to develop relationships, lead a team of Personal bankers and Sr. Personal Bankers while growing an investment portfolio. Managing a client base with the purpose of increasing Scotiabank’s market share by goal of $10 million CDN per annum with a team goal of net $84 million CDN per annum. Utilizing products such as T-bills, Mutual Funds to mention a few. Managing an investment portfolio of assets over $40 million CDN, utilizing my skills and abilities to maximize client gains and minimize their losses through strategic planning. Introduced advanced Microsoft spreadsheet techniques to calculate deferred sales charges and rate of return on a clients portfolio which improved short-term productivity and long-term profitability. Delivered high-impact presentations and reports to management.

 Managed to increase Scotiabank’s market share by goal of $12 million per annum within their mortgage division resulting in a 25% overall penetration in the city of Peterborough. Managed a mortgage portfolio of $30 million CDN. Using my negotiations and communication skills, I was able to grow this portfolio to $42 million CDN. Developed advanced Microsoft spreadsheet techniques to assist colleagues in calculating a clients possibility of buying or selling their home.
