My role focuses on: - Supporting BioLabs' strategic partnership efforts by identifying new partners and sponsors- Managing the sponsorship and partnership relations across the BioLabs network which includes 10+ US and Global sites. - Managing the day to day administrative and operational functions of the partnership program- Responsible for establishing SOP’s and processes for the program- Managing the different stages of the sales cycle - Negotiation to execution of sponsorship agreements- Maintaining existing relationships with partners and sponsors across the network including top pharma and biotech companies. - Identifying areas of need and potential new partners - Alliance Management- Project Management- development and management of a CRM system- Contract management- Site/ lab expansion strategies and budgeting- Collaboration with leadership and Lab directors to develop new Strategies and partnerships- Launching new lab/office sites
