As a dedicated and results-driven Customer Service Team Leader, I bring a diverse background with over 12 years of experience in both the food service and call center industries. Currently, I am a Team Leader at WNS, where I have consistently led my team to achieve top performance, earning the title of top team leader three times, with my agents ranking as top agents five times.My career began at KFC, where I advanced from a Food Service Team Leader to Supervisor and ultimately Store Manager. This foundational experience honed my leadership skills and deepened my expertise in team management, food safety, and customer service.In 2017, I transitioned to the call center industry, joining Ison Xperience as a Customer Service and Technical Support Agent. Over nearly three years, I developed a strong understanding of customer needs and technical problem-solving.In November 2019, I returned to KFC as a Trainer, where I successfully trained over 150 staff and 40 managers, demonstrating my ability to mentor and develop talent.In November 2021, I joined WNS as a Customer Service Advisor, dealing with utilities for a UK company. My dedication and performance led to rapid promotions: from Floor Support in March 2022 to Trainer in August, and then back to Floor Support, culminating in my current role as Team Leader.
