Conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection, analysis and reporting in project communities.Receive, record and forward all grievances encountered during the exercise to the Field Officer. Conduct Quality control checks regularly to ensure data accuracy and completeness before uploading to the database.support logistics arrangements for sites visits and other project logistics requirements.Translate documents( official and unofficial) from english to sesotho.Recording of meeting minutes(internal and external) capturing of photos and record keeping of engagements.Establishment and maintenance of relationships with stakeholders in project location.Assist in Training and capacity building of PAPs. support the delivery of the RLS stakeholder engagement plan and Grievance Redress Mechanism.Support in overseeing RLS activities at four project Site's.Coordination with other Project consultants. -Maintain a filing system of the health facility 's chronic and other documents related to HIV program. -Pull out refile ART cards for patients scheduled for appointment cervical testing, and refills of tablets for that day on day.-Insert all relevant documents in the patients' ART card to the requirements of the health facility.-Schedule next appointment dates in the appointment book. -Review records and registers if need be -Collect data (outpatient, OPD, Delivery, TB detection, cervical cancer self-testing, PREP, viral load and dental) from all entry points at thefacility and capture it in EADEL, e-register, DHIS2 and CommCare. -Capture Covid -19 and HPV vaccinations in DHIS2 -coordinate facility’s daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
