I am a very committed and reliable person who is eager to learn new challenges that I come across. I have a positive self-esteem, feeling good about myself and my abilities. I have confidence in my beliefs and what I can do. I can work alone without any supervision and I am a very good player, as I am able to work with people and have good personality and communication skills. I am also able to work under stressful conditions to meet deadlines. I have been working as an IT Support Technician in a Government Sector where I have been responsible of running the whole site alone without any supervision. I have been responsible of configuring and setting up new PCs for users; that includes loading operating systems, upgrading PCs which were using windows XP to use Windows 7, and joining them to the domain. Making sure users are well connected to the network using IP Addresses. Connecting them to network printers and local printers. Installing all the softwares which are required by the users to do their tasks. Troubleshooting and solving problems which are encouraged by non-technical users. Connecting laptop users to VPN (Virtual Private Network) so that they will be able to access their work emails while they are out of the office. Making sure there is no IP conflict by making sure that I keep track of all IP addresses.
