Assignment: Management of all technical aspect of projects performed by rep.office in Moscow for Russia and CIS region: test SIM cards, profiles and applications development, communication with clients in CIS and abroad, providing consultancy on company products and solutions. OTA campaigns implementation for clients in with company partners. Building and guiding a team of technical specialists in rep.office, which main functions are company products development and customization, providing technical support to clients – cellular network operators. Participation in new products strategy development and deployment together with clients, R&D and HQ management. Each year millions of SIM cards produced in accordance with the prototypes developed in rep.office are delivered to CIS cellular network operators.

Assignment: Managing local (Russia and CIS) projects in Moscow rep.office on company SIM application support OTA platform (SMS and USSD based), for different SIM-cards suppliers, communication with regional and foreign GSM operators on technical issues during platform installation and further support of SMS-based services, such as SMS-browsing, M-banking, SMS-E-mail, SMS-ICQ etc. More than 10 successful production installations of the platform during 2003 for major Russian and foreign cellular operators. Managing SS#7 interface development and integration for company SIM application support OTA platform (SMS and USSD based), including hardware selection and drivers development. The field is a new direction comparing to company’s usual business.

Company profile: telecom software development Assignment: Customer requested modifications of INAP protocol in CVOPS environment as a part of OSN (Open Service Node) software development and development of new GSM SMS-based services and gateways. Participated in approximately 8 projects. The projects are mainly sponsored by Sonera Corporation (previously Telecom Finland, now TeliaSonera).
