Having studied in London, Moscow, St. Petersburg and Berlin, I gained experience with a range of different organisations, particularly while being a Fellow with the of the Mercator Fellowship on International Affairs. I completed my PhD at the Hertie School of Governance and also worked for several organisations as a freelance consulant. In this worked I focussed on the role of digital media and civil society in the fight against corruption. I now work as a team lead at CityLAB Berlin, a project of the Technologiestiftung Berlin. I am fascinated by in how technology and digital media change public life and the way we interact. I am convinced that using digital technologies we can make public administrations more efficient, more accountable and delivering better services.
