Alongside the COO and key leadership, establish the goals, mission, and budget. I developed the National Account Team organization. The National Account Team included project management, financial management and business development of the organization. The National team ultimately provided a concierge service to high profile and large loss clients. I also provided oversight of the marketing division. Working with ownership to create a new logo and brand, including clothing, website and more. Replaced antiquated lead generation hardware with new and more successful soft technology efforts. During this time, I increased win ratios while cutting overhead previously believed necessary in lead generation.
