We founded this organisation called EquiVoice Alliance Foundation under the Trusts Act on 29th May 2024. the core idea is to continue to work to address the issues of Gender Based Violence and inequality through effectively structured and time-tested methods, collectivity and commitment. My current role as its founding Executive Director is to establish it sustainably, help it grow in all aspects to achieve its Goals and Objectives and be relevant and inclusive in its efforts keeping its values intact.

• Established Social Audit Unit (SAU) as an independent Unit in the state was its State Nodal Officer for two years before handing it over to a full-fledged team dedicated for SAU. • To design the Vulnerability Reduction Plan for the State in NRLM.• To mainstream the gender issues under NRLM.• To establish community managed gender justice centers in the state.• Strategic planning for eradication of Witch Hunting and Human Trafficking from the state• To design and plan for the inclusion of Elderly population of the rural Jharkhand.• To design for the comprehensive development of Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs) of the state. • To establish a network of likeminded civil societies for facilitating the CBOs in developing their vision for ensuring their rights and entitlements. • To provide a platform for the youth and children in and out of school/colleges to work against the social evils of the society and be an agent for change.
