Worked as optimization manager at ALS. This has mainly been in Denmark but also in other ALS laboratories across Europa. By having a deep knowledge of what is, going on in the laboratories combined with a lot of IT experience my force is to see possibilities and execute ideas and projects. A part of my job was also to manage our IT team in terms of resources and building a bridge to the business.Between 2007 and 2015 I was the leader of our Inorganic Chemistry and Microbiological Department where my responsibilities among things has been: staff responsibilities, technical support, validations, QC, LIMS optimization and optimization of the laboratory's operation. I have been a part of a process where the company has increased the number of samples per year from 70.000 to 150.000 in 7 years. I worked with the quality of county groundwater chemical databases, data modeling, PL-SQL programming and database conversions. In addition, I participated as a team member in an EU project concerning the publication of geophysical data through the Internet.

Employed in Frederiksborg County's Groundwater Department. I worked with groundwater chemical and geophysical mapping of groundwater resources. The work consisted of managing, coordinating and following up on geophysical, hydrogeological and geochemical mapping of aquifers.
