I have a degree in Economics / Customs affairs from Ural State Technical University, where I learned the fundamentals of business, trade, and logistics. I am currently a Project Manager at St-zapchast, a company that provides auto parts and services to customers. My core competencies include sales, marketing, contract management, and customer relationship management.In my role at St-zapchast, I have developed and implemented new channels for finding and attracting customers, as well as strengthening relationships with existing customers. I have also increased sales and revenues of the company by optimizing marketing and promotion of products and services. I have performed tasks from the manager in various areas of the company’s activity, such as signing and controlling contracts with suppliers, searching for new reliable partners, and planning and executing new projects. I have also contributed to the innovation and quality improvement of the company by developing and implementing solutions to increase the number and satisfaction of customers, as well as improve the service. I am motivated by the challenge and opportunity to grow and develop myself and the company, and I value teamwork, creativity, and customer satisfaction. I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have also been an owner of a car delivery service from the USA, and a volunteer staff at the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia.
