I am an Associate Fermentation Engineer, at Gingko Bioworks--since Nov. 2022.At Gingko, I have helped to develop a massive lab expansion, and optimized previously inefficient workflows. I am proud to have developed and implemented procedures for the safe reuse of materials, saving thousands on each fermentation.My practical experience has been in phycological SCP production, fungal bioremediation, and multi-stage, multi-organism, food production.I am building my career as a biomanufacturing technician, and fermentation engineer.At UMass Amherst, I studied Behavioral Neuroendocrinology--as it relates to consciousness and free will--with certifications in Native American Studies, and Sustainable Agriculture.
