- Led the market expansion of GetLinks (origin in Thailand) to Vietnam after its series A funding, achieved operational break even after 6 months, positioned GetLinks Vietnam brand as a premium opportunity gateway for passionate and top tech talents;- Incorporated GetLinks Vietnam, built the local team of 10, managed PNL and the legal entity;- Led the growth hacking campaign that acquired and processed over 5000 tech candidates in 5 months for the talent marketplace;

- Assisted the founder in digital transformation by building a new brand identity, optimized the operation and the sales process. Increased by 300% of annual revenue within a year and made to top 3 music school for kid in Ho Chi Minh city;

- Designed and managed the operation of offline check-in of the first ticketing platform in Vietnam, able to process 4000 check-ins in less than 2 hours;- Built and operated the new process of ticket operation (printing and delivery) which scaled the capacity from processing 100 tickets to 1000 tickets/day;
