• To assist / support Collection Head in the supervision, evaluation and monitoring of Tele-Collectors on daily, weekly and monthly performance / productivity / activity and ensure they are on track with the target set for the month and for the year based on the business plan.• Ensure month-to-date, year-to-date group performance on Roll Forward (RF), Roll Backward (RB) are on track based on business plan.• Strategize and plan with Collection Head / Tele-Collectors and Field Collectors on how to improve collection performance / productivity to meet the desired numbers based on plan. Must conduct field visits as well on difficult cases to support the team.• Monitor, evaluate and validate collection activities of Tele-Collectors and theirs FCs and ensure they are adherent and compliant with the Collection Policy and Code of Conduct.• Support Collection Head in conducting collection related training module for new hires and ensure follow up evaluation is performed with Tele-Collectors.• To provide sound feedback and revelant solutions to Tele-Collectors in handling / managing the portfolio.• To regularly update Collection Head on assigned team’s performance-quantitative, administrative, etc.• Responsible for reviewing accuracy of collection team related daily reports and provide feedback to Collection Head for any concerns / issues.
