In this role, I was responsible for training and implementing strategies to meet insurance sales targets by influencing and supporting a team of 130 people across 15 bank locations in the Austral Zone. Although I had no direct reports, I drove sales performance by providing insurance support services, helping bank teams sell insurance products to customers.
