I work as an independent accountant since 1997 following my father's steps until he retired 10 years later. Our clients are mostly businesses who seek advises and bookkeeping, ranging from small individuals to large exporting companies. Information technology was love at first sight which lead to coding in GW-BASIC and dBase III+ at the age of 12, back in 1987. My main interests today include networking, linux administration, custom PHP programming, web hosting and registrar services, which I see today more as a part-time job rather than a hobby making profits. I develop a WHMCS registrar module for .gr TLD, which almost 20% of the Greek registrars are using, and gateway modules for the same platform for all major Greek Banks. My years in Open University, which I started attending in 2009, made me discover a part of myself which was falling asleep for years, and I am now determined to expand my knowledge as further as I can, in fields of Economics and mostly CIS. In 2016 I started my Master's Degree in CIS, and perhaps in the not so distant future I may decide to boost my academic career even further. My main asset is the will to learn more, the understanding that one man can not know everything, and the will to provide my clients the best support they can find in the market, either they seek an accountant or a programmer.
