Giving back to the technology start-up community

▪ Work with technology companies to elevate their product development processes, and to integrate design and innovation methods into the cycle.▪ Advisory-based consulting for US-based startup companies seeking to establish R&D capabilities in China

▪ Head of the China studio, responsible for day-to-day operational management. Mentor design, strategy, and client management team members (6-10 total).▪ Provide team leadership across all client projects: coordinate, motivate, inspire project teams, facilitate project delivery and profitability.▪ Guide the creative and strategic development of key China accounts. Lead Asia strategy for global accounts. Lead the development of all existing and new client accounts and the strategic positioning and direction of new projects and client account strategy.▪ Oversee the China business on all aspects of financial responsibility including budgeting, tracking, receipt of POs, managing debtors and creditors, monthly invoicing and revenue forecasting.▪ Identify and build new business opportunities for FITCH in the Greater China market.▪ Partner and develop relationships with counterparts across FITCH and other WPP agencies.

▪ Manage delivery of complex innovation and user experience strategy projects, provide overall account leadership, developing executive level relationships that positions frog as a design expert and strategic advisor.▪ Key member of the Shanghai studio's leadership team. Partner with cross-functional discipline leads across business development, creative, and technology in Shanghai to grow key client accounts and to shape frog's strategic expansion in Asia, resulting in yearly revenue growth of over 150% since 2009.▪ Oversee resourcing, budget, and project delivery for the Shanghai studio. Responsible for starting up and growing the Shanghai Program Management team (7 members total).▪ Contribute and lead initiatives within frog's global Program Management discipline.

▪ Drive go-to-market strategy for the Emerging Markets, including Asia, Middle East, and Latin America. Responsible for product launches and partner rollouts for these strategic markets.▪ Partner with regional teams to define target segments, product mixes, and partnership opportunities.

▪ Manage the 2-year product roadmap and define innovation for the WebEx web conferencing platform, and maintain synergy with executive committees through product line pricing and R&D investment analysis.▪ Responsible for Meeting Center, the flagship web conferencing service. Work closely with sales management teams to exceed or maintain annual revenue growth of 20% for the Meeting Center business.

▪ Responsible for user interface design across all WebEx online collaboration products. Conducted user research and usability testing to inform design of ideal user experiences.▪ Mentored and trained members of off-shore design team in China.

▪ Responsible for technical implementation of i2 supply chain management software at customer sites. Conducted interviews with business owners and users to gather requirements and develop feature gap summaries during the design phase of implementations. Provided sales support through proof-of-concept product demos and presentations.

▪ Responsible for technical development of client projects. Led solutions for retail and consumer product verticals.
